Tracking Shows No Update

Tracking information may take up to 24 to 48 hours to update after shipment. If no update is available after 5 business days, please contact us.

Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is 9 to 14 business days from the order date, and includes:

●        Processing time: 1 to 2 business days

●        Delivery time: 8 to 12 business days

Order Cutoff Time

The cutoff time for placing an order is 5:00 PM, UK time. For customers in other European countries, the order cutoff time depends on the time zone of the capital.
