1. Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

After 30 days, we may no longer be able to accept your return, unless otherwise required by law.

2. Products Eligible for Return

We accept returns for:

        Defective products

        Non-defective products, including those you simply do not like

3. Exchange

We accept returns. Please contact us at support@beamlora.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

4. Return Conditions

Returned products must be new and unused.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including accessories, instructions, labels, and proof of purchase (if applicable).

If a returned product shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or defects not due to our error, we may reduce the refund amount or refuse the return, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Return Procedure

Returns are accepted: by mail, after prior authorization.

Please do not return items without first contacting us and obtaining return authorization.

For approved returns, we will provide you with a return label that you can download and print.

After confirming your return, we will send you the label by email.

8. How to Make a Return

        Order number

        First and last name

        Email address used for the order

        Product name

        Reason for return

        Photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our customer service team will review your request and then provide you by email with return instructions, the return address, and a free return label.

9. Defective, Damaged, or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately, providing clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After review, we offer:

10. Refund Processing Time

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will inform you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, where possible. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

11. Original Shipping Costs

If shipping costs were charged at checkout, the refund depends on the reason for the return and applicable law. For returns due to a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, reasonable standard shipping costs will be refunded, in accordance with the law.

12. Cancellations

Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not been shipped. Once shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled; in that case, our return policy applies. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@beamlora.com.

This policy does not restrict any legal consumer right applicable under applicable law.

14. Return Address

Returns can only be made after approval and only to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Return address: it will be communicated to you by email after confirmation of the return.

The business address (Beamlora Builder's Yard, Hinton St Mary, Sturminster Newton) is not automatically the return address.
