Thank you for shopping with Beamlora. This shipping policy explains where we deliver, delivery times, and how shipping costs are calculated.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to customers located in the following areas:
● the United Kingdom and certain European countries
Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your delivery area.
We do not deliver outside these areas, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
2. Order Cutoff Time (Deadline for Submission)
Our daily order cutoff time is:

Orders received before the cutoff time (on a business day) will be processed according to our processing schedule. Orders received after the cutoff time are generally processed the following business day.
3. Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time that elapses between receipt of the order and its handover to the delivery service provider.
Our processing time is 1 to 2 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
No processing, preparation, or shipping is carried out on weekends or public holidays, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
4. Delivery Time (Transit)
Delivery time refers to the time elapsed between handover of the parcel to the carrier and its delivery to the customer.
Our estimated delivery time is 8 to 12 business days.
Shipments take place Monday through Friday.
5. Total Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time includes processing time and shipping time.
Estimated delivery time: 9 to 14 business days
This estimate may vary depending on the customer's location, carrier delays, public holidays, customs clearance (if applicable), incorrect address information, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be clearly indicated to you at checkout before payment and will depend on the value of the order and the delivery location.
The shipping costs displayed at checkout are final. No hidden shipping, handling, or delivery fees will be added after your order is confirmed.
7. Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your delivery address carefully. In the event of an error, please contact us immediately.

8. Shipment Tracking
After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, if available. You can also track your order on our order tracking page.
Tracking information may take some time to update after shipment.
9. Late Orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@beamlora.com, stating your order number and the email address used at checkout.
10. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received the package:
● Check your mailbox, drop-off point, reception, or a safe location.
● Ask family members or neighbors.
● Contact the carrier with the tracking number.
● Please contact us, stating your order number.
● We will help you clarify the situation with the carrier.
11. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to clarify the situation. An additional delivery delay may apply.
12. Retailer's Responsibility
Beamlora remains responsible for fulfilling your order in accordance with the shipping information provided on our website and at checkout.
