General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
Last updated: July 3, 2026
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between Beamlora and consumers via the online store www.beamlora.uk. By using our website or placing an order, you accept these GTC.
1. Purpose and Contracting Parties
These General Terms apply to all orders placed by consumers, within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, via our online store Beamlora. Any differing, contradictory, or supplementary terms of the customer will only apply if we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
The contracting party is:
Beamlora,
Beamlora Builder's Yard, Hinton St Mary, Sturminster Newton, DT10 1NA, United Kingdom.
Email: support@beamlora.com
. Phone: +44 1258 452863
Website: https://www.beamlora.uk.
Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
2. Legal Capacity
Our offer is intended exclusively for persons of legal age (18 years and older) or with full legal capacity, or who have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this condition.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but rather a non-binding invitation to the customer to submit an offer (invitatio ad offerendum).
The order process works as follows:
1. You add the desired products to your cart.
2. You enter your delivery and payment information at checkout.
3. Before finalizing your order, you will see all order details, the total price including delivery costs and taxes, as well as the selected payment method, for verification.
4. By clicking the order button (e.g., “Order with obligation to pay”), you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the cart.
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.
The sales contract only takes effect when we accept your order by sending you a separate order confirmation by email, or when we ship the ordered goods to you.
We reserve the right to refuse orders, particularly in cases of unavailability of goods, justified suspicion of fraud, price or description errors, or incorrect order information.
4. Retention of the Contract Text
We retain the contract text and send you the details of your order along with our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view these General Terms at any time on this page. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online once the order has been completed.
5. Product Information and Availability
We strive to present product descriptions, prices, images, availability, and shipping information as accurately as possible. Slight differences may nonetheless occur due to display settings, product updates by the manufacturer, or photographs.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable after the conclusion of the contract, we will inform you immediately. In this case, we are entitled to terminate the contract. Any payment already made will be refunded to you immediately.
6. Prices, Delivery Costs, and Taxes
All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are final prices including statutory VAT, unless otherwise indicated for the relevant product.
Delivery costs may be added to the product price. These costs will be clearly indicated to you at checkout, before your order is confirmed. There are no other hidden fees.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is processed via the payment methods displayed when confirming your order: credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, managed by our payment provider Stripe. For more information, please see our dedicated payment methods page.
The purchase price is payable immediately upon conclusion of the contract. We do not store your full card data on our systems; this processing is handled exclusively by our payment service provider.
In the event of a payment failure, the order cannot be processed. Please then choose another payment method or contact our customer service.
8. Delivery and Shipping
Shipping is governed by our shipping policy. Current shipping configuration:
● Delivery countries: the United Kingdom and certain European countries
● Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM, UK time
● Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
● Delivery time: 8 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday)
● Total estimated delivery time: 9 to 14 business days
The risk of loss or accidental damage to the goods sold only transfers to the consumer upon delivery of the goods to the customer or to a person designated by them other than the carrier, whether or not the shipment is insured.
9. Retention of Title
Delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
10. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Note: This section contains the information legally required regarding the right of withdrawal pursuant to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please have this section reviewed by a lawyer specializing in IT and consumer law before publication, to avoid any risk of legal challenge.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us.
Beamlora,
Beamlora Builder's Yard, Hinton St Mary, Sturminster Newton, DT10 1NA, United Kingdom.
Email: support@beamlora.com.
Phone: 01258 452863
You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or by email). You may use the withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the expiry of this period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in no case will this refund incur any fees for you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the expiry of this fourteen-day period. The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if that loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Our liability is unlimited in the event of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, as well as pursuant to product liability law. In the case of slight negligence, our liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), the performance of which is essential to the proper execution of the contract and on which you may reasonably rely; in such cases, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical of this type of contract.

19. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email address appears in Section 1 of these General Terms. We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer mediation body.
20. Contract Language
The language available for concluding the contract is English.
21. Severability Clause
If any provision of these General Terms proves to be or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced, where applicable, by the applicable statutory provision.
22. Changes to These General Terms
We reserve the right to amend these General Terms. The version in force will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. For contracts already concluded, the General Terms in force at the time of conclusion of the contract shall apply.
23. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of England and Wales apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer and your habitual residence is in another country, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain applicable.
