At Beamlora, we want your payment experience to be simple, transparent, and secure. This policy explains which payment methods we accept, when you are charged, and how your payment data is protected.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Beamlora only accepts card payments via the payment provider Stripe.
Supported card types:
● Debit cards
● Credit cards
● Prepaid cards (if supported by the card issuer)
Compatible card networks include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro.
The cards accepted in each case will be clearly displayed at checkout.
2. Payment Timing
The total invoice amount is due immediately upon completion of the order.
For card payments via Stripe, the amount is debited immediately after successful authorization.
If payment fails, no order will be placed. You may then try to complete your order again using a different card.
3. Currency, Prices, and Taxes
All prices shown on our website are:
● in pounds sterling (GBP)
● final prices
VAT is not shown, in accordance with the UK VAT small business exemption, where applicable.
Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
4. Payment Processing and Security with Stripe
Payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, an internationally certified payment provider.
Stripe provides, among other things:
● PCI-DSS certified security standards
● modern encryption mechanisms
● secure authentication processes
Beamlora does not store full card or payment data on its own systems. Payment data processing is handled exclusively by Stripe.

5. Refunds
Refunds will be made, where technically possible, to the card used for the original payment. In no case will a refund incur any fees for you.
Two different refund timeframes may apply, depending on the situation:
● Statutory right of withdrawal: if you cancel your order under your legal right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions (Section 10).
● Voluntary 30-day return policy: for returns made under our extended return policy, refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and reviewed, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Depending on your bank or card provider, additional delays may occur before the refund appears on your account, on top of the timeframes above.
Return costs are determined in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
6. Fraud Prevention and Payment Refusal
To prevent fraud and abuse, we reserve the right to:
● manually review certain orders
● cancel orders in the event of irregularities
● refuse certain card payments
In such cases, we will contact you by email at support@beamlora.com.
7. Changes to This Payment Policy
We reserve the right to amend this payment policy at any time. The version in effect on our website at the time of your order shall prevail.
